Just 6 minutes to the beach, this is your perfect home base for sunshine, sunsets, and waterfront serenity. Clean, modern, peaceful—and made for travelers who love a view. A digital rental agreement, legal photo ID, and verification selfie are required prior to arrival. This is mandatory. No in-person verification. No refunds for non-compliance.

PLEASE NOTE:

For your safety, please be aware that the pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. A sign above the entry gate will read POOL CLOSED when the area is off-limits. If the sign is lit, the pool is closed, and guests should not enter. Anyone inside during closed hours will be asked to leave.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.

The pool and spa remains open and available for guest use. Please note that amenities are subject to availability and occasional maintenance, which is managed by the resort, and we do not have control over unexpected closures or repairs.
