Highly recommend this location for a visit to the area! Close to local attractions…owner is exceptionally responsive and accommodating! Had a wonderful stay!
He was very nice. We were there for a month so he provided things so that it was a comfortable stay for that time frame, as well as ordered supplies that ran out. You can use the garage but it doesn't have an opener for the car. The furniture is comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and conveniently located.
We stayed at this property for twelve days while we were in Indiana for a 60th high school reunion and the wedding of a family member. The neighborhood was very restful and quiet. The house couldn't have been better. The house set up was as advertised. The bedrooms had plenty of room and the beds were very comfortable. The family room, dining room and kitchen were spacious and nicely furnished. The master bath and shower were excellent. The fenced in back yard was perfect for letting our small dog out. If we go back to Indianapolis we definitely will stay there once again. We enjoyed our stay very much!!

We also want to be transparent about the nature of this review. During your stay, you informed us that unless we issued a refund, you would leave a negative review—and if we did, you would leave a positive one. We believe reviews should reflect genuine experiences, not be used as leverage. While we respect every guest’s right to share their thoughts, we also value honesty and fairness in the review process.
We remain committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our guests and appreciate the many kind reviews from those who have enjoyed their time in our home.
Andres was an amazing host and the house was as advertised! It was very clean, the beds were super comfortable.. He had a fully stocked supply of laundry and bathroom necessities, snacks for us in the kitchen, and TVs in every room so people could be off doing their own things and have a nice private area to themselves.Check in and check out with super easy and he was lightning fast in his responses to any questions. The house was in a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors and only about 25 minutes from Grand Park where we spent most of our time for baseball games. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby as well.Only slight issue was the backyard had just been re-graded and was more dirt than grass at that point which was difficult with a dog to keep the house clean with her coming in and out. But, luckily it was dry the majority of the time so was mostly a non-issue.Would definitely stay there again! Thanks, Andres!!
