From May to October, spend your days swimming, fishing, kayaking, or paddle-boarding—or take your lake adventure up a notch by renting a pontoon (3rd party). 🙌 Need to knows before You Chill Out in Style:

✦ Guest Limit: A maximum of 6 people can stay at the property.
✦ Booking Requirements: The person reserving the home must upload a driver’s license and sign a rental agreement within 48 hours to confirm the booking and for compliance. Rental agreement establishes all terms and conditions for property rental. This can be sent prior to booking upon request
✦ Fire Pit: Firewood is not provided but can be purchased at nearby stores.
✦ Furniture Stays Inside: Please do not move indoor furniture outside or rearrange it.
✦ Parking Rules: No parking on the grass. Campers and tents are not allowed.
✦ Security Deposit: A $250 hold will be placed on your credit card 2 days before arrival and refunded 7 days after departure, as long as there are no damages.
✦ No Lifeguard on Duty: If you swim in the lake, it is at your own risk.

I came to this part of IN with a friend for an art show in Culver, and this was a wonderful haven in the midst of a hectic weekend. The house was cozy, comfortable, and serene. I would definitely stay again!

Great lakeside cottage with dock

We were delighted with the style, decor and location of this lakeside cottage. There are fun items for play - bikes, games, paddle boards… The warm, shallow lake is a treat. Loved the seating on the property’s own dock, too.

we loved the house. decor and finishes were very nice new and attractive. this worked out week for our stay to visit family. the only shortcomings we witnessed were not having a dishwasher and the faucet in the bathroom sprayed all over you every time you used it. otherwise, it was a very nice place for a young/small family or a couple.

It’s a great place for little getaway. Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The kids and I had a great time together kayaking and swimming in the lake, my parents got to fish at the private pier during our stay as well. this is my first time visiting Knox, It’s very quiet and slow, and I love it! The host is very sweet and always responds fast. We are definitely coming back.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!

Our experience at this lovely place was just what our family needed! Everything was exactly as described - maybe better! The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location was ideal - peaceful and quiet, with a lovely patio and pier all our own. We kayaked, went paddle boarding and biking. We played lots of cornhole and had dinner at the Woodshed Tap on Bass Lake - rustic, but the food was great! We've stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one stands out for its attention to detail, comfort, and responsive hosts! We'll be back!

This Bass Lake cottage was a 10/10!! Don’t hesitate to book this property. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean it was throughout. The beds are so cushiony, I slept comfortably every night and appreciated all the light coming in from the many windows. The Sun room was one of my favorite rooms! I enjoyed the calm space to journal and just chill. It was so beautiful to wake up to the lake view everyday! I love that they had bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, and outdoor games. All the neighbors were so friendly and I felt safe as the neighborhood was calm and quiet. The hosts were amazing and quick to reply to messages. I look forward to coming back again soon!

The lake house looked just like pictures great coffee station very nicely decorated. Awesome bedding and very comfortable mattresses and wonderful dark out shades. Lovely tile on back wall of bathroom very nicely decorated. Very comfortable sun porch to sit and look at lake. Nice spot next to water to sit and enjoy watching fish jump out of water and witness a hawk catching his own fish and flying away with it. Just need a sit of steps to walk into the water instead of using the ladder, just had treatment to my knee so couldn’t use ladder.
