Excellent large, secluded space. Although it was just the two of us, this space could easily accommodate larger families. Very clean. Extremely well stocked in all aspects. Unlimited amenities available on the property for your use and enjoyment. Very enjoyable stay!

We had a wonderful weekend with all 3 kids and the boat. The Tahoe ramp being. Lose was easy for the wife and I. The sunsets were AMAZING! The place is only an hour from home and will definitely be booking with Lisa again! Oh and how could I almost forget the Tv and hot tub!!

We are Mike and Lisa and the Lazy Lake House has been our primary home for the past 4 years. We have recently renovated it to be more modern, adding more space and replacing all the flooring. We love the peacefulness of the neighborhood, being surrounded by trees and nature, and the serenity of being close to the water. We are happy to share the gem we have found.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with a good mix of full-time residents and weekenders. We are at the end of the cul-de-sac so we don't get much street noise. Our dock is in a cove, far enough back to be able to relax on a float, but close enough to the main channel to watch boats go by and get some waves. We are between Westminster and Toccoa, you can find stores about 25 minutes away in either direction. For a quick item, Dollar General is about 10 minutes towards Westminster. Quiet locations equals no traffic!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because it is welcoming and simple, but offers great amenities for a low price! You get a 1 acre lake house with 3 bedrooms and a loft, a large living room area with a huge tv and a pool table, it has a hot tub and is pet-friendly with a fenced-in back yard, and has a huge party dock where you can dock your boat. It is far enough away from traffic, but close enough to go out to dinner or catch a football game and come home at a reasonable time. It's a hidden gem in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are security cameras facing the front yard and driveway and the dock as well.
We also offer an optional Pontoon Boat Rental for an additional fee.
Make the most of your stay on Lake Hartwell! Guests have the option to rent our 22-ft pontoon boat during their stay to explore the lake, relax on the water, or enjoy a sunset cruise. The boat will be conveniently located at the property’s dock for easy access.
Pontoon rental is available exclusively for house guests and is arranged separately from the Airbnb reservation. Please message us after booking for availability, pricing, and rental details.
Boat operator must be 25+ with boating experience, and a rental agreement and safety guidelines will be provided.
