Such an amazing property, it was a beautiful home in a peaceful area! We absolutely loved staying here, even our puppy enjoyed being here with its big porch and yard. We would definitely stay again!
The host was very accommodating with the two of us and our puppy. We enjoyed the many local hiking trails. The main Bed was extremely comfortable. We had a great time!
This is the cutest little cottage up by Lake Hartwell! It was so quiet and peaceful for our Mothers' and daughters' retreat—perfect for playing games and catching up!
We loved it!!! Everything was clean, the floors, kitchen, bathrooms, beds and linens and towels all spotless. Natalie was wonderful!! When the remote didn’t work she was quick to bring another one. Always quick to answer messages, a wonderful host!!! This was a wonderful retreat!!! Thank you so much!!!
We came here to spend Thanksgiving with our son who is in school nearby. We had a nice and relaxing time! The beds are very comfortable & the large deck and yard were perfect for spending time outdoors. We brought our dog and she was very comfortable in the yard
We enjoyed spending time with our adult children and grand child in your rustic and historical but very well updated cabin. We loved all the extra touches (Christmas decor, laundry, toiletries, blankets, and kitchen supplies). It was nice to slow down and have some good old fashioned fun playing games and doing puzzles.
The farmhouse has welcoming indoor and outdoor spaces for a small family reunion. So nice to have a huge deck, a furnished kitchen, a washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. The king size master bed was super comfortable. We used all the ac units and fans. We did not run out of hot water. Having a full size fridge beats the hotel suites. Thanks so much!
The cabin was so charming and cozy. The beds were comfortable. Just loved how everything was updated, especially the master and both bathrooms. We didn’t end up needing the upstairs single beds. It would be perfect for children but definitely need space heaters up there during the winter. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us!!!
This property was great! Just enough space for 2 fishing teams (1 coach & 2 students times 2!! ) Parking was best for 1 tuck & boat in the driveway. Only issue was street parking was not wise with boat-in-tow, so the yard was utilized for the 2-nite stay. Took care not to mess with the grass as best they could. All in All, pleasant stay & would book again if fishing brings us back. Thanks!!
The property was very inviting and well kept. I loved the privacy of the backyard and the back deck. We spent most of visit enjoying nature from the back porch. I think it'd really add to the property to have more seating/tables back there, especially considering it's such a large back deck and such a beautiful view. But I don't have any real complaints about the property. It was perfect for our honeymoon weekend, the extra heaters provided kept us warm and toasty, the house was clean and well maintained, and the host was responsive and accommodating.
The Bee and Barb property provides a nice location with a cottage feel. Comfortable accommodations and a great weekend of hiking. Thank you for the recommendations!
Peaceful, relaxing, spacious quiet place out in the country and a great break from the big city. The spring water is fantastic, probably the best spring water I've had in the US.
Rarely do I stay at a place that I would absolutely love to call my home. This was certainly one of them!! Absolutely beautiful home in one of the most peaceful locations on earth.
The property manager was very helpful with any issues we had and quick to respond, even when the issue was something we just overlooked. We enjoyed the house and the outdoor deck is amazing. We also love the amazing walk-in bathroom. If you are looking for a great and spacious place to stay near Taccoa Falls College then I highly recommend staying herw.
This cabin was wonderful. It was very comfortable for our family of six. It was clean and located in a peaceful setting! Natalie was very helpful and responded quickly to questions or concerns.
The property was great. Plenty of room/space. Loved the rustic feel it had. Back porch/patio was huge along with a big open yard. Also a very cool loft area especially for younger kids. Close to boat ramps as well as Toccoa and Lavonia. Would definitely stay here again.
We decided to take a last minute trip to Georgia and booked this cabin the day before we left. It was short two day trip but it was one of our favorites so far. The cabin is beautiful and the property is just as beautiful. We had 3 adults, 2 teens, 3 young kids, and a dog... The house suited all of us perfectly! We will definitely be back for a longer stay!
