The door to the unit looked like a 2 year old could kick it open. Found a cockroach on the kitchen counter. And had a random lady at our door late at night asking to either make a call for her or allow her to use our phone charger. Could hear every tenant in all other units.

Not the best but not horrible
Pictures made it look way cleaner than what it was. I'm not a city girl so maybe that's normal for that area but not what I expected. Sketchy area for sure if you're not used to it. Parking communication would have been nice to know about. It's paid parking or walk for blocks and then when we went to leave the next morning, my car was gone. Apparently there was a 5k and all vehicles were towed and moved 3 blocks away. They were towed for free but to walk out and not see your car was a little nerve racking when you're from another state and in a sketchy area.
Apartment was cold and thermostat reset each night causing mornings to be cold. Photos make it look larger than it is. "Kitchen" was not stocked well enough to cook meals. These are just our preferences. Overall, clean and safe. We came during sub-zero temps after snowstorm, so cold is expected, however space heaters were in apartment for a reason! We did need to roll up a towel and put it under the front door to keep heat in.
