Lovely Cape Cod House
Terrific house and location - spacious, well-equipped, great for our 3 generation family of 3 couples and 3 small children.Large upstairs playroom, 3 bathrooms, deck and generous outdoor space.AC in bedrooms. (It does get hot during day in living areas, if that is an issue. That and lack of toddler gates on stairs - if that is an issue- are only possible flaws.) Just a few steps from landmark Brewster Market and an ice cream shop. Small beach is walking distance ( (long walk in heat!) and 2 minute by car, access to pool club and near many other beaches and fun towns ( Chatham, Wellfleet, etc) Also theater, natural history center, bike trail, parks. There is no town center so driving to shop, etc is necessary but not difficult. Great vacation!

Great house, close to town and beach.
Just wrapped up a vacation to celebrate a milestone family birthday, and had a great time staying at this house. Although it’s an older house, it was well-designed, and felt like “home”. The walking distance to town and the beach provided ease, while the privacy of the large property provided a sense of relaxation. The owner was helpful, especially regarding local options.

Great friends get away
We were six friends who have known each other dating back to junior high. Some of use were celebrating our 65th birthday. We were looking for a place to get together where we could enjoy each other's company. This was an ideal place with a large comfortable living supported by an updated kitchen. We found the house well appointed, clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable.
The location is ideal. Although you are on Route 6A you are far enough from the street that street noise is not an issue and plantings are such the spacious yard is very private. It is an easy walk to a classic bay side beach, Breakwater Beach. There are plenty of options near by for good eating.

Older house, with updates, very well-supplied
The location was great for us. My wife and daughters really liked the furnishings and decorations. Lots of interesting art and things around the house. Lots of room for the 7 of us. The owners were very nice and responded right away when we inadvertently flipped a switch that shut off the water heater.

Why they chose this property
We walked onto the grounds of this property and knew we were home. We have been coming to the Cape for years and have family all over Cape Cod. It is a special place. We love Brewster, it is centrally located to all fabulous towns on the Cape, but is a quiet relaxing area with high end eating and regular Cape charm.
What makes this property unique
Rarely can you find a house right on main street that is set back far enough that you can enjoy peace and quiet. The huge yard offers kids lots of space to run around without concerns that they will dart into the street. The surrounding wetlands also buffers sound and provides fantastic privacy, as well as deer, bunny and many bird sightings. But the beauty of the house is that while you feel so secluded, you can literally tumble out of bed and head right over to the general store for a cup of coffee. Truly unique location.
