Our home is close to Higginbotham Park where you can take a walk or run, take kids to the play ground, play pickle ball, and fish! We’re 1.5 miles from Texas Tech & Lubbock Christian U. Easy access to Loop 289. Grocery stores, library, Keva Juice, restaurants, Alamo Draft House, shopping, and much more are all nearby. We are pet friendly, and include a Weber grill for backyard BBQs. Don’t miss this beautiful home and great location! This 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will have a phenomenal night's sleep. We also have a pull-out couch and futon in the living room. The property also features 2 bathrooms with a shower, bathtub, and hair dryer. In addition, there is a large living room with an extra twin bed rollaway in the Master, that can be rolled into any room for added comfort. Enjoy family time, open kitchen, dining, living area. Large backyard for kids, games, pets. One car garage. Basketball goal on driveway. Easy drive to the famous Buddy Holly Theater & Loop 289. Feel safe walking the neighborhood or getting out and enjoying Lubbock. This home is spacious and open, lots of light. Kitchen is fully equipped. All linens supplied. Coded door locks. We’re from Lubbock! My husband grew up here and I moved here in my early 20’s. We’ve raised three girls in Lubbock and two still live here. We love biking, hiking, skiing, reading books, walking, and traveling. We were the first ones in Lubbock to do short-term rentals over 20 years ago. We got out of it about 5 years ago for long-term, and have discovered we love both! So, we have a few homes available for short-term once again. We hope you enjoy this home as much as we do!

We chose this neighborhood because of its location! Close to the lake, the grocery store, shopping, Texas Tech and LCU. We also live close by and love this neighborhood! We hope you love it as much as we do.
What makes this property unique
We think our property is unique because of its location and floor plan. It’s open, you can cook and watch TV, and talk with your family all at one time! You can send the kids outside to play in the backyard and keep an eye on them, while enjoying adult conversation inside. We have board games for everyone, and mom and dad will love the oversized master bedroom. Our property is unique because we love hosting and have a lot of experience with it! Some get into short-term rentals because they have to. We got into it because we love it!
