There is a king suite with its own bathroom, a queen bedroom on the main level, and a queen room upstairs. There is also a pullout sofa in the living room. The living room has a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. The rooftop deck has 360 degree views of the beach, the local hills, and the Sea World tower.

Step outside and you are at the beach, less than a minute walk!! Have a bonfire on the beach just steps away from the building. Perfect location for boogie boarding, swimming, and next to the surf zone. Amazing tidepools right at the beach under the pier.

Once you park the car there is no need to drive anywhere, within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. This unit comes with a 2 car tandem parking space.

This location is perfect for walking to the main street "Newport Ave" it's a 2 min walk to restaurants, bars and shopping, the famous Ocean Beach Pier, and tide pools.
