This cabin is conveniently located just a 10-minute drive from the bustling Big Bear Village area, yet still close to hiking trails, beaches, fishing spots, and boat launches. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway, this is the perfect place to escape from it all.

Our large 1700sqft cabin boasts 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, and a huge loft area that's perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll feel right at home as soon as you step inside.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second bedroom has a cozy double bed. Up in the loft, you'll find a king bed, a bunk bed (2 twins), and a pullout couch, making it the perfect space for kids or extra guests. Plus, we've stocked the loft with toys, board games, an air hockey table, and an arcade game system, so there's plenty to keep everyone entertained.

When it's time to dine, gather around the large table that seats up to 6 guests comfortably. In the living room, sink into the comfy couches and enjoy cable TV with HBO, DVDs on the player, and WIFI Internet.

Outside, you'll find a large deck with plenty of seating for enjoying the fresh mountain air. And for those chilly nights, cozy up to the wood fireplace (wood not provided) and enjoy the warmth.

We've got your cooking needs covered too, with a full kitchen that includes a fridge, microwave, oven, and cookware. And for coffee lovers, we have a drip coffee maker with a washable/reusable filter, blender, and toaster. We provide fresh bath towels (1 per guest), linens, and blankets, so you can pack light.

Our property features a driveway with parking for up to 3 vehicles. During the winter months, we have a snow removal contract in place for the parking area. In the event of snowfall, our trusted vendor will clear the snow the day after the storm to ensure easy and safe access to the property.

Fawnskin is the quiet side of the lake. Great for relaxation even on busy weekends. Cheaper than Big Bear lakefront cabins, still walking distance to the lake, and only minutes from the ski resorts and downtown shopping. It's very quiet and totally peaceful!!!

Getting around
Conveniently located just 1/4 mile off the main highway, our property is easily accessible for those traveling by car. You'll find that we're just a short walk away from the lake, where you can enjoy various water activities or simply take in the beautiful scenery.

Our neighborhood is perfect for those who enjoy walking, with many great walks in the area that offer stunning views of the surrounding forest and mountains. For the more adventurous, there are also hiking trails nearby that are perfect for exploring.

In addition to the lake, there are plenty of other attractions in the area. Boat launches, Fawn Harbor Marina (boat rentals), and the Big Bear Discovery Center are all located nearby on the north side of Big Bear Lake. Hiking and jeep trails are also easily accessible in this area.

If you're looking for shopping and dining options, the main Big Bear shopping and dining areas are just a short 10-minute drive away on the south side of the lake. You'll find plenty of options here to satisfy your culinary cravings or to pick up any supplies you may need during your stay.
