We had such a wonderful stay here this past weekend! From the moment we walked in, the place felt completely like home. You can immediately tell how much thought and care goes into hosting here. The subtle seasonal decorations were such a lovely, thoughtful touch that made the space feel extra cozy. The property was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view to relax to, while still being super close and convenient to local dining and shopping. The bed was comfortable. Our host was incredible with communication as well. Always quick to reply, kind, and genuinely helpful. They truly thought of every single detail you could possibly need for a seamless trip. We’d happily stay here again in a heartbeat!

Clean and tidy. We had torrential rain and massive winds so there were service interruptions to internet but be reasonable, hosts cannot manage the weather! That brought out flying insects - which are expected as it's a rural property! All in all, an excellent and communicative host and a great stay.

This place is amazing! The house was clean. Everything we needed was there. The host was very quick with responses and very kind! The atmosphere was perfect! The river and nature sounds were exactly what we were looking for. Will definitely be back when the river is back down to do some canoeing. Thank you for the relaxing stay!!

Great stay! Beautiful view of the river with dining table available on back porch. Look for the bare tree to catch a glimpse of a bald eagle if you are lucky. Nice to have the firepit near the river. Don't forget to go into Hastings to The Cookie Shop with daily selections and a different lunch option each day. Several other cute shops in town. Nice that they provided "in case you forgot" extras. When you book the place it says duplex B. The rental is separated from their house with a garage between, so you really are alone, but share the driveway.

Adorable place exactly as described and shown in pictures. Beautiful view outside the back sliding doors. Hosts have great communication and the unit was very clean with amenities that many VRBO hosts don’t provide. Will definitely book this unit again.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, and inviting. It was well stocked. Kids games, camp chairs and a speaker for outside, linens, cooking utensils, and more. The bathroom had frosted glass, but no curtain. And my wife found it uncomfortably transparent. The mattress was comfortable. And they even have a pack and play for babies. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
