The home has a well stocked kitchen and an open floor plan with an excellent grill and sitting area outside the back door.We had a great birthday party for our 10-year-old grandson. The checkout and check-in was easy. Our only complaint is that the listing agent and the owner do not know the size of the beds in each room. We came with the wrong sheets. The check-in and checkout was easy.The house is walking distance or a quick bike ride to the gym, tennis courts and pool. The house has close parking across the street for the second or third car. We had a great family vacation.
