I am renting out my beautiful, cozy house in the lovely Timberland neighborhood in Homewood. The house is 2 blocks from the lake located at the end of a dead end street.
Whether you’re looking to unwind or explore, this charming retreat is steps away from many hiking trails, 2 blocks from the Lake and a 5-10 minute drive to 3 ski mountains. It is a 6 minute drive north to Tahoe City and walking or biking minutes away from West Shore Market and many restaurants and cafes.

CABIN DETAILS:

LOCATION: The West Shore in the Timberland neighborhood of Homewood. The house is at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac, just two blocks from the Lake

BEDROOMS: 3 Bedrooms and a day bed with trundle bed, sleeps up to 7 people comfortably.

BATHROOMS: 2 full bathrooms

LIVING SPACE: Two spacious living rooms (front & back) with plenty of room to relax

PARKING: Driveway fits up to 3 cars

OUTDOOR SPACE: Spacious fenced in yard, perfect for relaxing or outdoor fun

PETS: One well behaved, house trained dog is allowed at the house

BEDROOMS:

• Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Full bed, located off the back living room
• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Large master bedroom with a queen bed and private stairwell access. Shares a bathroom with bedroom 3.
• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed + twin bed, private stairwell access, shares a bathroom with Bedroom 2
