Welcome to The Graybrooke House! This pristine Isle of Palms beauty is a showstopper with her private pool, 2-block stroll to the beach and stunning views from every room. Windows flanking the rear of the great room frame ocean views and to the front, views of the scenic Intracoastal Waterway.

Featuring airy modern coastal decor throughout, with 6 bedrooms/6 full and 2 half bathrooms, The Graybrooke can comfortably host up to 12 guests for fun-filled days around the pool or spent building sandcastles on the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of her swoon-worthy porches, or end the day with a cocktail as the sun sets over the ocean.

Enter to a cozy first floor den, with plenty of space for game time or movie night, and with four of the bedrooms located on this level, it's a great spot for waking up to slow mornings on the porch. You'll appreciate that each of the 4 guest bedrooms include a private ensuite bath, plus there's a powder room and one of two laundry rooms. Families traveling together will appreciate a bedroom configuration that allows parents and children to be nearby. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms appointed with KING beds, 1 bedroom appointed with a QUEEN bed, and the remaining bedroom sports 4 TWIN beds.

Upstairs, you'll find a spacious primary suite complete with luxurious KING bed, private bath and access to the inviting porch that spans the rear of the home and overlooks the pool. The second guest bedroom on this level has two cozy TWIN beds also with a private bathroom.

Made for days at play, The Graybooke boasts a stunning private pool, spacious and stocked game room, and outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand after a day on the beach. Stay close to home or venture out to explore all the island charm that Isle of Palms has to offer. Head to Breach Inlet to watch the colorful sails and acrobatics of the kitesurfers as they soar above the Atlantic.

At The Graybrooke, there is plenty to do on Isle of Palms for everyone in your group. Enjoy the quiet streets on a golf cart, or bike, or take a stroll to the vibrant main part of the island. And, If you're looking to take in the rich local history and charm of the area, you'll want to venture off island to head into downtown Charleston - just a 30-minute drive to premier restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. On your way, we recommend taking the scenic route through Sullivans Island and stop for brunch or to pop in to neat local shops - then meander through the “Old Village” for a jaw-dropping stroll along the Pitt Street Bridge or an afternoon watching the dolphins play along locally loved Shem Creek.

You ll find upscale dining options dotted throughout the island, including Long Island Cafe which is located right beside Harris Teeter, The Boathouse, located on the water overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway and Islander 71, situated on the point where Morgan Creek meets the Intracoastal Waterway. Islander 71 is a sunset-lovers destination and offers spectacular water views.

Isle of Palms boasts some of the most popular restaurants and cafes east of the Cooper River, and the island offers a wide variety of delicious seafood and other local specialties, including Coda del Pesce, Coconut Joes Beach Grill, Acme Lowcountry Kitchen and the locally loved Sea Biscuit Cafe, that serves up only breakfast, but is well worth the wait. When the sun sets and the night is heating up, head to the ever popular The Windjammer beachfront bar.

Every property in our portfolio is designed to host only vacation guests, and guests of Luxury Simplified Retreats are expected to abide by the rules and NOISE ORDINANCE enforced by the City of Isle of Palms. Those that violate the terms of occupancy, host events, and/or parties will result in immediate loss of use. The Graybrooke House does not allow pets. No exceptions. Access
Your Concierge will meet you at the home upon your arrival to check you in. Should our schedules not line up, your Concierge will walk you through how to get into the property. If you have any questions about directions or access to the property, your concierge will be ready and waiting to assist you by phone. There is room for four (4) vehicles at the home.

Interaction
Upon arrival, after the established 4PM check-in time, you may enter and exit the rental at your leisure. Your Concierge will meet you at the property upon check-in and provide valuable information about the home. Should an in-person meeting not work out, your Concierge will provide you with all the instructions you will need. We are here to make the check-in process a seamless one!

Our concierge team is committed to delivering exceptional service, impeccable cleanliness and all the amenities of your everyday home. With each stay you will enjoy high thread count linens, spa quality towels, hair dryer, ironing board, washer and dryer, standard coffee maker and Keurig, kitchen cookware and utensils, shower toiletries and soaps, extra linens and towels, air conditioning, cable, and wireless internet, and more. With our concierge services you can choose to have our team handle all the details of your trip. From stocking your refrigerator to reserving beach equipment, there isn't much our Concierge team can't help you with during your stay. And should you need any recommendations, it would be our pleasure to provide suggestions for restaurants, make reservations, organize activities, and answer any questions.

We offer the option to purchase trip insurance through Rental Guardian. We highly recommend adding trip insurance to your reservation, especially if you are traveling during hurricane season (June-November).

At the time of booking, we require a payment of 50% of your total rental amount. The remainder of your balance will be due 30 days prior to your check-in date and will be automatically charged to the card we have on file. If you are booking within 30 days of your expected arrival date, the full payment is due at the time of booking.

The City of Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance starting at 10PM that applies to private residences. Please be mindful of your neighbors. Noise complaints can result in fines and rental termination.

Minimum rental age is 25.

Great week at the beach!

Great house and pool and an easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend this house. Skip the midweek cleaning (not worth it) and rent setup beach chairs (priceless). Amazing not to have to pack beach/ pool towels.

Beautifully done home in nice location to beach. Traffic sounds in front bedrooms can be bothersome at night and bedding could be improved but other than that, we enjoyed the home and all it offered

July 4th Week

Wonderful place for a family gathering over July 4th. House was well equipped for little kiddos with high chair and pack n play, very organized with extra sheets/towels, and had a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful water views on both sides. We rented a golf cart which was amazing for getting around the island. We had 6 kids and 7 adults and still had room to spare. Would recommend 10/10!

Absolutely Lovely Home

My family of 8 adults and three children under 4 came here for a reunion. We definitely overpacked as it was already supplied with spices for cooking, pool and beach, along with plenty of dishes for the children. The bedrooms were clean and nicely decorated with each having there own bathroom. The location was an easy access to the beach and the home was beautiful. We did have a small issue with ants however it could have been seasonal.

Perfect beach property for families

This was our second year staying at this wonderful house and we’re looking forward to returning next year. We stayed for a week, with ample space for our large group: two sets of parents each with a 3 year old, a set of grandparents and our nanny (7 adults, 2 children). 2 min walk to the beach. Spectacular yard with pool. Well appointed kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. Perfectly clean. Very comfortable furniture inside and out. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and a beach wagon but we highly recommend arranging for chairs through one of the rental companies — it was such a luxury to walk to the beach to find our chairs and umbrellas already set up! We used Baby’s Away for cribs etc — their baby gates were the perfect size to keep kids on the deck to avoid unauthorized trips to the pool. Property manager is easy to reach, kind and accommodating! Truly, the property leaves nothing to be desired.

Great house!

This house was absolutely amazing! It was well equipped with everything we needed and allowed for us to focus on enjoying our stay while making tons of memories. The pool was absolutely awesome and we loved the ping pong and basketball. The 2 floors had full living areas on each floor which was great and every room had its own bathroom. The listing actually says it's 6 bedrooms, but in actuality it has 7 bedrooms. The 7th room is called the Tiny Room and just has a twin bed but it's another private bedroom that was awesome to have. The elevator was awesome to help lug everything up and down for checking in and out! Property management met us upon arrival and was extremely attentive to our needs. Couldn't have asked for any better! We look forward to booking this house again!
