We had a great time with our family staying there for the Fourth of July! The house is perfect and close enough to the beach and inner town while still being a little bit more peaceful. But definitely recommend and would return.

House was updated and very clean. Bed was very comfortable (mattress seemed newer), comfortable couch and the hot tub was easy to use. Because the house is set back from the culdesac, it was a great location for my dog! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

The place was immaculate and had a reasonably well-equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable which is always appreciated. The downsides however were a non-working hot tub (half empty, green and live worms in it, so not a new problem), a sad "game room", and no working heat in the front half of the house. The combined price per night plus very high cleaning fee, distance from the beach, and complete lack of curb appeal would make this a property I would skip the next time around.

I think the property was very nice at one point but it has not been maintained well the posts on the back porch have holes from rot. Gutters on house need cleaned. Weeds growing in them. there are blackberry bushes all over the backyard space. The property was up for sale and I honestly think the owners just don't care anymore. The little things that matter there were no washcloths except for one the first night we got there and there was three of us staying there the box fan in the house did not work did not get a working fan till the next day the ceiling fan rattles quite loudly obviously need some work done on it. No dish towels only one hand towel. The owners response to the initial problems was they are not there very often and would check with the cleaning person.The overall condition of the property is just poor was not worth the amount paid for five nights. It just seems the owner doesn't pay attention to the property anymore and the people that are helping them take care of it don't really tell them anything would not stay here again

The unit was dirty!! K Cups left in the keurig, dirty silverware in the drawers, dirty oven, hair in the fridge, hair in the dish drainer in the kitchen. Moldy shower liner, mold in the washer!! Food and crumbs under the couch cushions!!! The cleaning fee was charged upfront and the unit was very dirty so what was I charged a fee for what?
