Second floor family home with three bedrooms (Master/queen, 2nd bdrm/full and 3rd bedroom/full with ensuite bathroom) that feel very separate from the living space which includes a large living room with large windows looking out onto trees and stained glass windows of the building across the street, a lovely dining room with a table that can seat 8-12 people, along with a separate kitchen and washer/dryer, make this an ideal vacation get away for a family. This apartment is just off Park Avenue, a few blocks away from Central Park, Museums and right near all public transportation making it easy to move around the city. Whole Foods, Fairway, CVS, Dean & Deluca - all shopping markets and drug stores within 1-2 blocks. Pets not allowed.

We have lived in NYC for 25 years and raised our two kids on the Upper East Side. Now they are both off to college and we want to explore other cities.
Why they chose this property
Our apartment feels like a home in the city - easy access in/out of the building which is very quiet. Situated two blocks from Central Park it is ideal for those who enjoy the outdoors and walking the city.
