Beautiful lakefront 2/2 Condo with den sleeps 6. Come experience Florida Club Lifestyle Living at its finest. Rapallo is an Italian village styled Club that has a variety of residences surrounding a resort style complex with numerous pools, clay tennis courts, gorgeous clubhouse and actively managed Club. The staff is there to facilitate your active lifestyle with daily activities both on and off site. Schedule a tennis lesson with the local pro, workout at the beautiful gym overlooking an indoor lap pool, or meet your neighbors for an evening club hosted party!

The condo is pet free. The Association DOES NOT ALLOW PETS for renters (very common question). There is no waiver for this. The condo is also SMOKE FREE. The lanai has been converted to interior space.

During peak season Jan-April, there is a 60 DAY MINIMUM.

The unit is located on the second floor with elevator access. The first floor of the building is parking with EV charging available.

Club application process and background checks required by the association increases the level of your experience and helps ensure a safe environment. 60 day minimum strictly enforced to maintain high quality experience. It takes a minimum of 2 weeks, with expedited processing to complete a booking.

This location is best for someone who wants to be part of an active community. The club staff are memorable and complete the experience. Come be a part of a friendly active community and escape the winter in paradise.
