Great stay

Place was beautiful, clean, bug free!! Location was great!! Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Master bath shower and toilet area was tight but workable. Parking pass was not on table, called and they fixed it right away. Would definitely recommend this place to stay at!! We will definitely be renting this again in the future!! Love, love, loved it!!

We arrived on 07/18 our check in date the unit was beautifully layed out & decorated. Clean roomy. A sweet pool, easy access to the beach Just exactly what we were looking for. I’d like to mention a sweet lady that worked around the place while we were there, Jo, such a pleasant person. Also Christine my contact person was always informative & available. We would definitely recommend & return.

Enjoyable stay with lovely beach access

This 2 bedroom stay was an ideal space for 4 adults + 1baby. Access to the beach items was so clutch! The space was welcoming and easy to navigate to/from pool and beach.

Great beach getaway!

Property was well-maintained, and had all the amenities that we were looking for including laundry, enough bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, and close to the beach with a nice pool! Entry into the building was smooth with parking right in front of the beach! Location provided us close proximity to the beach and pool, no rowdiness or crowds, which we really enjoyed!

Family vacation

Very loud due to construction. Unable to stay in apt due to noise during the day. No security. All doors to main building and pool were unlocked. Described as family friendly but had to buy lots of stuff for stay. Way than more expected when renting a place like this. No fire safety. Pillows were stained and so was bedding. No beach friendly items except a few toys with couple chairs. Hard to carry everything to beach with small kids.

Communication

The unit itself was very nice, however, communication with the property managers, Evolve, was not good. There was construction in the building, which I knew ahead of time, and specifically requested of Evolve that I wanted in a unit unaffected by this construction. They did not let me know my balcony would not be accessible until time to check in! To be transparent, they did provide a small credit back to me after I complained.

Poor Communication

We were not given the unit # when we arrived and it took the owner an hour to call us back to provide us this information. Luckily, VRBO customer support was able to help us right away (Thank you!). Then, I woke up Thursday morning to men standing on the balcony looking into my master room. I don't know how long they had been looking into the room. I did see the signs stating to stay off of the balcony, but I was given no warning in advance that workers would be on the balcony looking inside of the condo.

All in all a nice condo; building is a bit old with a single elevator. New pool area was nice however the gates were not locked and not sure everyone was actually staying at the condo building that were in the pool. The beach chairs were nice but the umbrella was broken.

Great space & nice location on beach

Our family had a great stay at this Redington shores condo. Was very nice to have a bed for all of our family of 5 without using a sofa. Also plenty of living room seating and places for everyone to sit at the table. Kitchen was well-equipped. Beautiful view, great beach access, and nice pool. Location is convenient - walking distance to ice cream, pizza, and a couple restaurants.

Very relaxing stay

The property was as expected. Clean and right near the beach. Enjoyed the stay immensely. The only downside was the TV in the living room didn't work. The owner and I tried to get it to work, but we were unsuccessful. I didn't call the cable company because we really didn't watch much TV. The other 2 tvs worked fine. Really not much of an issue. I'm sure the owner will get the issue rectified.

Nice place!

Check in super easy. Condo is well taken care of and clean and equipped with a few bonuses like pool towels and beach chairs. Owners obviously take very good care of condo. Pool grounds could be better taken care of. Would definitely stay here again however Red tide was awful during our stay so not sure if we would come back to the gulf.

The condo was clean and it had all the amenities.

I was completely satisfied with the condo. I didn’t know and wasn’t familiar with red tide. The dead fish baked out in the sun for seven days behind the condo. No one cleaned the beaches not one time!! The smell was breath taking as soon as we stepped outside..Buzzards were perched on the roof of the condo. It was sad and nasty to see. I had to travel out of our way to visit clean beaches. I am exhausted from traveling! If this continues, I can see tourist disappearing and property value dropping!

We really enjoyed the condo, all the amenities were well thought out and appreciated. If there was 1 thing we would not like but not a problem at all.. only 1 elevator sometimes the wait was a little long. But we really liked the condo.

Perfect-would stay there again

The property was just as described. Spotless clean. It had four beach chairs, 6-7 beach towels, and a beach umbrella and the thing to screw in the umbrella. The kitchen had everything we needed and the pool was great! We would stay here again !

Redington condo

The process to getting in was quick and easy. Beautiful views, comfy living quarters. Clean and neat. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed to cook. Beach items available, and just an overall great place to go. Restaurants and shops within walking or short drive. Planning our trip for next year and we will be back! Can't wait to see the renovated pool area (that will make the place top notch!)

San remo reddington shores.

Great condo with quick access to the beach. Year round owners are very pleasant and dont make you feel like your an inconvenience. Only maybe offputting thing is there is a bird rescue next door that might sometimes emit some offputting smells. Other than that we loved our stay. We would definitely come back.
