About this property

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo - Take a Virtual Tour

Our property at Las Brisas is amazing. We have 2 bedrooms, both with king Tempurpedic beds. There are 2 bathrooms, a TV room with a pull out sofa and a combined kitchen dining and living room area complete with a 55” TV. The pool, hot tub and sauna are also a plus at this complex. The view from the 4th floor southeast corner is spectacular. There is a laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. No need to worry with bringing towels, sheets or cluttering the car with coolers. It is all there for you. The shelving in the garage has a portable corn hole game and bocce balls for fun on the beach. If you do happen to have a rainy day, there are playing cards, games and puzzels in the TV room and a nice. We have underground parking that is right next to the elevator. Along with beach chairs, beach towels and some beach toys. New Smyrna is a great little town with many things to do. Each Saturday there is a farmer's market that offers everything from fresh seafood to vegetables and crafts. Canal Street in downtown New Smyrna offers something for everyone. Shopping for antiques, arts or just in general is offered. You can have breakfast at one our new favorites, Jason’s Corner or afternoon at Ricky's Canteen along with food at many restaurants any time of day. Limencello's and Courtyard are new favorites - drink specials and great food. A couple of great places during the day and a short walk from the condo are Chases on the beach with the amazing view and a great menu including steamed or raw clams, mussels and oysters with the greatest feature being you come as you are bathing suits are welcomed along with SoNapa if you're in the mood for finer dining and a great wine selection. On Flagler Avenue you can find the night life you may want with bars and bands and more FOOD. Each weekend there is something different going on down on Flagler Avenue or Canal Street. If you are looking for a Disney, Universal or Sea World trip, it won’t take long. An hour or two will get you to any of them. Daytona Beach Speedway is less than 20 minutes away. I can’t imagine you would be disappointed with this rental.

We loved this condo & location!

We had a wonderful time! The condo is fully stocked you will want for nothing! We slept so well on the tempurdic mistresses (in both rooms) that we are wanting to invest in one at home! The views are spectacular from this end unit. The pool is great! The park is easy breezy with a under building garage and a parking spot right by the elevator! The updates in the unit are done superbly well. We came with 3 children and found the condo to be spacious enough to have friends and family over even for overnights! The master closet is large and was the perfect “room” to put a pack & play in for the baby. Kay was awesome with every detail of our stay! Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us! Our best vacation in New Smryna Beach!

We planned this vacation a year ago. We had no idea we would decide to sell our house and move away from Orlando. Let alone our house sold in one day. Kay was so wonderful in helping us with the date of our vacation! She was understanding and worked with us! After all the stress of packing we were able to relax in paradise. This condo is beautiful. The beds are great, there is nothing you need, they have thought of everything! The view is amazing! This whole complex is beautiful and kept really clean. We love NSB and this condo is located in a great spot, close to all of our favorite restaurants. If you decide to cook the kitchen is stocked full of anything you might need. Even the under ground parking is right beside the elevator. We had several guests come to stay with us and we had plenty of room. If you are going to NSB this is the place to stay. We had a wonderful vacation!

Enjoy!!

This unit is beautiful, clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It was like being in your own home with anything you might need from the kitchen to the beach. The view is fantastic and the balcony has a high top table that was great to people watch. The location is perfect, close to shopping and great restaurants. The complex is very well kept and very secure. The owners are very nice and helpful . I can't wait to go back!!!

Everything we hoped for

This was by far the best vacation rental right on the beach that we have ever stayed in! The views were breathtaking and conveniences of "home" were everywhere. The owners have taken great care to maintain the unit with all the comforts! Panoramic views allowed us to see spectacular sunrises, dolphins, 4th of July fireworks everywhere, and beautiful rainbows after an occasional rain.

Underground parking right next to elevator. Best view! Ocean view from everywhere. Bay window in dining area and arched window in living room.
