Jackpine #9 is perfect for your next family get together or work retreat. Sleeping up to 18 comfortably, you will still have plenty of room to spare. Recently updated with new furniture, Jackpine #9 is a gorgeous, relaxing home.


The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the family cook. With two large dining tables that seat 10 and bar stools that surround the kitchen island, the whole family can enjoy a wonderfully cooked meal, making wonderful memories while on vacation. This setting is perfect for those holiday dinners.

Jackpine #9 has 4 master suites 3 equipped with king beds and the 4th one equipped with a queen. Two additional bedrooms have kings and the 7th bedroom has 2 queen over queen bunk beds. There is a sofa sleeper in the loft area and a twin roll-a-way for an extra place to lay your head.

The living room has plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie in front of the gas fireplace. The large flat screen TV also has a DVD/Blu-ray player with lots of movies to choose from. There are 7 additional TVs in the home.


During the summer, you wont have to worry about the hot weather as this home is equipped with A/C.
Enjoy BBQs out on the patio or a soak in your private hot tub after a long day of skiing or a long bike ride along the beautiful Sunriver bike paths. Jackpine #9 has 12 bikes for your pleasure.

This home also offers 12 UNLIMITED SHARC passes, double car garage, and a second refrigerator in the garage.

The house was perfect for our large family gathering. With a huge kitchen/family room layout we were all able to be together. Being close to the village and not too far away from the bike trails was also a plus. There were three refrigerators which was super helpful in accommodating our food for the week. The passes to the Shark pool were awesome for taking the kids for a fun day. Highly recommend.

Comments one gal - really need new comforters. Would like to see some small serving dishes. Knocking (fan?) two years in a row all night long bedroom next to garage. Some decor not fitting of t1he house.

The kitchen is well-equipped to cook large meals, except for two issues. The dishwasher is old, takes forever to run, doesn't hold the dishes well, and doesn't clean well. Please install a new dishwasher, they are cheap! And the house doesn't have enough silverware so we have to run the dishwasher after every meal. Please add more silverware.

Bbq grill and air fryer was not cleaned, Also all the toilets were too small they need to be updated to bigger size, all the beds were hard and uncomfortable! Other than that everything was good with plenty of space for our big group. If I would rent again the answer would be no because of the uncomfortable beds and small toilets! My whole group complained except for the small kids

Our staff is available 24/7 and would have gladly come out and taken care of the issue. The toilets are standard size but not the tall toilets which some homes now have. Great place

Loved the layout of the house. Plenty of space to spread out! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, could use more dishes though for eating off of. It's not right on a bike path so that took a little navigating but proximity to resort and mall is excellent!
