Due to weather my trip was canceled. I reached out to the owners and they were nice enough to refund a portion of the cost. They didn't need to do so and went above and beyond to be helpful. Very kind people.

Our second stay with these owners!

Our second stay with properties owned by these owners. They respond to messages and when our sink wasn’t draining well it was fixed immediately. Would stay here again.

Clean well appointed 2 bedroom. Great for 4 people each having a full bed utilize.

We had everything we needed in the unit. The owners are very responsive and we had no issues. You will not go wrong staying here. Great few of a tee box on the balcony.

Enjoyed My Stay

This is my second time staying in a condo in Pinehurst and I enjoyed my stay at this property much more. It was clean and the condo was stocked with everything needed for our stay. It’s minutes from Pinehurst Country Club which was very convenient. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this condo in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- great location, and loved the view off the deck to enjoy sunsets and birds. (Bring your binoculars if you want to enjoy some birding) The kitchen had all we needed, and it was very peaceful. Great hosts with quick responses to questions. I highly recommend

The clean comfortable condo is in close proximity to great restaurants and activities. The owners are responsive and wonderful to work with. My family and I would definitely rent from Tim and Claudette in the future.

Exactly what we were looking for

My buddy and I were looking for a two bedroom condo to enjoy a week of golfing in the pinehurst area. This condo gave us everything we wanted. The owners were easy to deal with - readily accommodated our change of dates. The condo was very clean and came with necessary supplies. Location is great - can easily walk to the resort and downtown pinehurst. Will stay again!!

Couldn’t have been better!

We (4 women golfers—all of us 65+ and neighbors) found this condo perfect in every way. We couldn’t have found a more ideal location, and every amenity was appreciated. It was a terrific place and gets a rave review.

Great place, very clean, but .....

The place was perfect in location, and cleanliness. For the money spent I was expecting a washer dryer included, after all it is a residence. I could have stayed at a hotel and used a coin operated machine far away from the room. Bed was very uncomfortable, not good quality. What was most disturbing and very dangerous were the steps leading up to the second floor unit. Two of the steps were at different heights than the rest. Schleping luggage etc. up and down I nearly tripped twice. I was there for 5 nights and really had to be cautious especially at night going down the steps.
