The Space
Welcome to this updated lakefront house in Suttons Bay MI. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 additional sleeping spaces, 3.5 baths and stunning views of West Bay and Old Mission Peninsula. Sitting on almost three acres guests will be able to enjoy this park like oasis with easy access to the dining and shopping of Traverse City, Suttons Bay, Leland and Northport. The home features a chef’s kitchen, living room with stunning views of the bay, a cozy den and a new deck. High speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning are included.

Nestled among the beautiful West Bay this lakeside retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty. There is no need to leave the house and property if you are after a relaxing escape. However, which such easy access to all the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer adventure is right outside your door.

Located off a private drive breathtaking view of West Bay and Old Mission Peninsula will great you when you step into the home. The main floor features the spacious living room with a TV, dining table that seats eight, update kitchen, breakfast nook, half bath, access to the deck, and the primary bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite full bathroom.

Upstairs you will find a loft that can accommodate 2 with a queen bed, a large bedroom with two bunk beds (twin on top, double on bottom) and a full bath. Downstairs you will find a cozy den with a large L-shaped couch that pulls out to a queen bed and a bedroom featuring two queen beds. There is also another full bathroom located downstairs.

Our home is the perfect spot for family’s to come together and we want to make sure all are comfortable which is why we offer on request:
-A Pottery Barn crib equipped with a Pottery Barn mattress and matching sheets
-A Stokke Tripp Trapp high chair
-A collection of toys geared towards children ages 1-5

Outdoors you will find the updated deck facing the lake which a dining table for 6, a gas grill and 4 Adirondack chairs overlooking the lake. The property also features 140 feet of private West Bay frontage and a dock, accessible by our private stairs, making it an ideal spot for soaking up those perfect Michigan summer days. Please note that there are about 100 steps to the beach and it takes about a minute to walk down. We recommend bringing water shoes to wade out and enjoy the bay.
