Island Surf 303 is a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the third floor offering a private balcony to relax and unwind. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and plenty of closet space, allowing you to settle in and fully embrace the island lifestyle. For extra guests, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

The remodel is complete with new floors throughout, new kitchen cabinets and a remodeled bathroom. Designed with an island-inspired touch, this condo is equipped with mini-split A/C systems in both the living room and bedroom, along with ceiling fans in each space, ensuring a cool and comfortable environment throughout your stay. For added convenience, a private washer/dryer is located in the kitchen area. You may enjoy your meals indoors or step outside to your private lanai, set for two, perfect for dining with a beautiful sunset view.

Island Surf is located in the heart of South Maui, offering exceptional convenience with private on-site parking and just steps from a variety of popular shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and, of course, the beach! Directly across from the property is Kalama Park, one of South Maui's most beloved beaches, ideal for relaxing or enjoying water activities. When you're ready for a change of pace from the beach, take a dip in the inviting on-site swimming pool. Perfect place with an ideal location. Bed and linens were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus to have in suite laundry! The communication was great too. The only thing was that the remote control didn’t, even after they came right away with new batteries. Otherwise enjoyed it very much

Very clean property. Lots of essentials provided. Comfortable bed. Close to shops, restaurants and beach. Upgrades were nice as well. The Main Street in front was very loud. That was really my only complaint. But the view was pretty. I did have a little trouble with the property management company not able to answer my question about the parking permit process. Wasn’t sure where to park. Would be nice to just explain to park in the back of the complex. Might be helpful to explain there are businesses under the property just to help identify the building.
