My husband and I stayed 3 nights. Excellent location! We either biked or walked everywhere. Didn’t move our truck the entire time. Place is clean and well equipped. Betty was so responsive to a couple questions we had. Will stay here again.

The host was very kind!! The house was perfect!! It was spotless and was just right for 4 adults. I would definitely stay there again!! It was a short distance from the Bentonville square. Numerous restaurants and bike paths. Also close to Crystal Bridges.

This place is so cozy and beautifully decorated. The host thought of everything. Both bathrooms had plenty of extra shampoo, conditioners, etc. in case you forgot something. They were clean and well decorated down to embossed toilet paper. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals with two coffee pots. We didn’t cook but could have without needing any thing down to spices! The location is perfect, close to everything. We would have walked to town but it was just too stinking hot! Communication was good with host and check-in a breeze.

We had a great time staying at Linda’s Nest! Location was walking distance to downtown, very clean, and if I needed to reach the owner they responded quickly! Great little place for my friends and I to stay and explore the area!

Best choice for a weekend in Bentonville

We really enjoyed staying at this property. The Owner is super helpful and friendly. The location can't be beat for proximity to downtown and Chrystal Bridges. The property has been updated with everything you need for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this property.

Our best VRBO experience yet, and we've had many. Betty is a great host. The property is in an awesome location...walking distance to restaurants, stores, etc. and short drive to other attractions (museums, etc.). Bicycle trails are close enough to ride to from the house, no need to load up bikes each day. The place was extremely clean and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. We especially appreciated that there weren't signs all over the place, no binder full of instructions, and checkout was easy. Communications with Betty was super easy. She's extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it to others. Our stay was only lessened by the unseasonably hot weather, but thankfully the home has super AC!

This rental property was perfect for our needs, close to downtown and the mountain biking trails, had bike storage, and was super clean. Betty was super easy to work and communicate with as well. I loved the easy parking directly in front of the unit as well. We plan on coming back next year!

Coming from Orlando fl I was nervous for first time going to bentonville… but wow what a location and clean town! It’s a solid 10 min walk (super safe!) to down town for drink food and desserts. Extremely easy roads to travel to all sorts of shopping hiking and attractions. The host was super friendly place was clean quiet and got great nights rest. Truly felt like being at home.
