Great location. Cute house with everything you need and host was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. Definitely will try to book this again next time we are in Indianapolis.

Overall this is a very nice house. It is very clean, is well appointed and is in a great location. One of our children was attending a volleyball tournament and we were able to walk to the convention center downtown. The open floorplan first floor (living room, dining room and kitchen) is very spacious and comfortable. It is also great to have three full bathrooms. The property also has nice outdoor spaces, including a little putting green. Our only issue was that the upstairs bedrooms were very warm. I contacted the owner about this and she was very responsive. She even delivered cooling towers within a few hours of my contacting her. The cooling towers helped, but the bedrooms were still too warm for us. Overall, this is a nice property in a great location, but the HVAC issue would prevent us from returning here in the summer.
