Enjoy a dip in the hot tub and new covered patio to use all year round (rain or shine; sleet or snow)!! 2 car attached garage! Newly renovated basement allows with ping pong and game room.
Private home tucked away in the woods of Jackson, NH. Minutes to Attitash/Storyland/ number of hiking trails/ Glen falls, Tuckerman Ravine, close to outlet shopping just to name a few. Set up to be family friendly and offers open layout with plenty of room for all our guests. Avoid Conway traffic and stay in Jackson! Walk to Jackson village for stores and restaurants, library and local playgrounds.

Enjoy the privacy our home offers , yet close to all attractions. Enjoy a cup of coffee in overlooking the woods and listen to the peaceful sound of the brook that runs into Ellis river. Don't have to sit through Conway traffic each time you go to Storyland or Attitash/Wildcat!

Winter parking restrictions: limit 5 cars in driveway (pitched driveway); all wheel drive vehicles advised for driveway and roadways around the area. 2 cars additional parking and/or for Non-all wheel drive vehicles.

Total: 4 bedrooms/4 full baths: sleeps 10 (max 10 adults-No additional overnight guests) NO PARTYING

Covered patio: hot tub; patio furniture (accessible all year round). Basement offers game area (ping pong, poker, Foosball etc)

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
**DO NOT lock door using handle. USE button on smart lock **put all used towels in tubs. DO NOT leave on beds **secure all floats, paddle boat, return beach area how you found
**pickup pet waste on site, bag, and put in outdoor bins. **turn off all ACs, TVs, and lights
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No access to the deck with heavy snow buildup. Limit to 5 cars during snow seasons and inquire about non AWD and additional parking. Cameras on site
RECYCLING IS MANDATORY: Empty all trash to bin in garage. 2 bags per night stay(excess$5/bag cash to cleaners). Subject to $150 fine

Excellent property! Smooth check-in and check-out process and excellent communication from the owner. Some of the bedroom furniture could use updating, but otherwise everything was comfortable. The hot tub and game area were highlights of the trip for us! Would definitely return.

Amazing stay!

Kim's place was great! This was the second time my family has stayed there and it never disappoints. Close to everything you need. House is equipped with all the essentials and the hot tub is a plus. We always have a great time and we will definitely be back again soon!

Great house for the price!

Our group of four families enjoyed a terrific ski weekend at this week - held us all quite comfortably. With great large open kitchen, fun downstairs game room and friendly owners who were easy to communicate with, we highly recommend this place.

Great mountain cabin

We loved our stay here. The house had lots of room and outdoor space. It's in a beautiful and quiet area but also close to town and outdoor activities. Host was very nice and responsive. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this if you are coming with a bigger group (8 or more).

Wonderful house

We had a great stay in Jackson! The house was very clean and well stocked. We especially enjoyed the covered patio with the hot tub and the toys and games for the kids. The owner was attentive and easy to work with. We'll definitely go back.

Perfect weekend!

Location, size and amenities we perfect for mini getaway! My son and friends found it easy to get around and explore North Conway and surrounding areas. They loved the hot tub and game room!!!! The layout and size of this home was perfect for our group!

Our favorite rental!

This rental was great for families and larger groups. We had plenty of space, common area was big enough for all the kids and grown up. The house is at a great location, close to storyland, family friendly restaurants, downtown and the outlet. We plan to rent this annually!

Great place for groups and skiing

Our group loves staying at this house to cross country ski in Jackson. The location is great and the house is perfect for a group of friends. The hot tub was an added bonus! The owner Kim is very responsive and goes out of her way to make sure everything is okay. Highly recommend and look forward to returning next year.

We are close to many amenities but offers peaceful and outdoor getaway for a perfect vacation with your friends and family. We will be there if you need us for anything. We are available via text, email, and phone.
We offer 2 car heated attached garage that is ideal for families with small children.
Our hot tub is a relaxing feature to enjoy after a long day of hike or day on the slopes. It overlooks the woods and is peaceful.
We do ask our guests are respectful both indoors and outdoors and be mindful of noise disturbance to our neighbors.
