Updated condo located directly by the beach and boardwalk in beautiful Vero Beach, Florida! Enjoy the ocean views and breezes from the balcony with your morning coffee. Just a few steps from the condo, you can enjoy a stroll along the boardwalk. Or take a short walk to the chic downtown along Ocean Drive for fantastic shopping and dining. With direct southern exposure the balcony overlooks the heated pool and offers endless views of the Atlantic Ocean.

The condo is on the 3rd floor of the 35-unit Ocean Chateau offering a remodeled, fully equipped kitchen with large island and open floor plan. Lovely sun-filled living room with ocean views from the sliding glass doors. Master bedroom, also with an ocean view, has a newly remodeled shower and walk-in closet. Custom artwork and tasteful furnishings throughout.

Unit includes an enclosed parking space in a garage, and ample outdoor parking as well. There is also a newly remodeled community room where you can host parties for your guests, with a flat screen TV and a bar. Also available is a sharing library in the newly remodeled lobby.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! Steps from the ocean,this roomy, well-designed condo has everything you need for a spectacular beach vacation. We loved the large “cook’s dream” of a kitchen, the two comfortable bedrooms with huge closets, and the spacious living/dining area with its panoramic view of the ocean to die for!! The beautifully landscaped, heated pool overlooking the aquamarine ocean waves, the well-maintained condo complex and the friendly, helpful, non-invasive neighbors all come together to make this HomeAway truly a cut above all the others! Thank you Mare!! You have created a phenomenal property!!

The condo was very much as pictures had advertised. Very comfortable, with a wonderful view of the ocean from balcony. Convenient to all Vero Beach activities.
