• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please include your pet in the booking so we know ahead of time. Max of 2 dogs. No other types of animals are authorized.

To provide a high level of security and safety all Berkshire Vacation Rental Co. properties are equipped with a security camera facing the parking area and noise monitoring hardware inside the home. If either of these items are tampered with in any way guests will be alerted immediately and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the problem isn`t rectified.

There is space for parking multiple cars in the driveway. Please note, road and driveway of the property are gravel / dirt. Make sure to have an AWD equipped car in the winter months.

Please note that community beach access is only available to guests who book one month or more at a time.

The cottage was well suited for us, however we ran into an issue. Jaryn worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, but could not get a resolution, so we had to leave earlier than planned. Jaryn took steps to make the issue a little better

Nice location but property needed more preparation before hosting guestsWe arrived after dark and had difficulty finding the address because the property has no house number. Addresses on that street are not sequential adding to the confusion. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom towels appeared to be rationed. Each person got 1 (small) bath towel, a hand towel and wash rag with 1 extra of each under the sink. My towel had a good sized hole in it. We did call Jaryn to request more towels and he gave us the code to open a locked closet with some beach towels in it. The balcony provides wonderful outdoor space with a gas grill and large table/chairs. Unfortunately there was a mound of rodent droppings just outside the sliding door and half a dozen wasps hovering around same area. Washer and dryer worked well— Laundry area not very tidy with 4 EMPTY bottles of laundry detergent laying around. Kitchen is well stocked. Gas stove has no vent so while making bacon for breakfast, fire alarm kept going off. The house location is walking distance to the beach area which was very nice—definitely an asset to this place. The house itself has great potential to be a terrific place for guests, but as a paying guest, this place provided the bare minimum in comparison to other VRBO’s.
