A magnificent glass garage door that gracefully ascends, seamlessly merging the kitchen with the backyard lounge area creating the perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Comfort is key in our main house's well-appointed bedrooms, each exuding warmth and thoughtful design. There is a separate garage loft apartment in the back about 15' away. It is also used as a rental home so there may be a guest renting at the same time as your stay. You are welcome to rent this space also, just ask and we'll send you the entire property link.

Due to this space being on the same block of a recycling scrapyard, there is a chance of noise throughout the week. We do our best with the nearby houses to enforce noise violations after hours, but there is nothing that we can do about the early morning noise from the recycling scrapyard. This should be considered if you are a light sleeper, but please keep in mind we provide sound machines, sleeping masks, and ear-plugs. The scrapyard operates within regular weekday working hours.

While East Austin is a vibrant and diverse neighborhood, it's important to note that, like many urban areas, there is a visible homeless population. However, it's essential to emphasize that these individuals have never posed a threat to our guests. The neighborhood remains safe and our property prioritizes security measures like locks and security cameras to ensure a comfortable and secure stay. We encourage respect and understanding towards all members of the community, and our guests' safety and well-being are our utmost priority.

Up and coming neighborhood that is half a mile away from Rainey Street, 6th Street, Cosmic Saltillo, Plaza Saltillo, and countless new and amazing restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. You will be within 2 blocks of amazing places like SnoozeAM, Brew & Brew, Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Fukumoto, Juiceland and a TON of other places.

Our family-oriented neighbors are super friendly, and if they wave to you, give them a wave back! Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum from 9 PM - 9 AM. If there is a complaint, you will receive a warning, but we will charge a fee if the disturbance continues.
