Enjoy a short walk to The Vanilla Bean for Ice cream. Seaview Market Place offers great sandwiches for the beach along with many grocery items. Carpenter's farm a bit further offers farm fresh items.

Enjoy your stay at the Marilla a vintage boarding house circa 1902. The building contains 6 apartments. There are 5 apartments ready for your enjoyment.

We supply two extra pillows.

We do allow pets in this apartment however if bringing a pet we ask that you supply your own linens. Bed linens - sheets, pillowcases and blankets and Bath linens - bath towels ** Please notify us in advance of check in of pet status** One pet limit. Dogs no larger than 70lbs.

This being an apartment building, there may be someone next door or above you. Please be considerate of others with noise. If you are someone who is sensitive to noise or likes to sleep late, maybe bring sleep phones or choose another location to stay.

This apartment, Unit 2 is in the rear of building, rear facing. Please refer to photo of entrance. This a ground level apartment. AC is a window unit in the kitchen. Kitchen has ceiling fan. Portable fan provided for bedroom.

The apartment has a queen bed.

Vacation house linen and towel rentals offers linens delivered as well as pet equipment.

We do not childproof the apartment.

BEACH: Walk to the Town beach. The town beach is about a 1/3 mile away. We do have town beach parking passes if you would like to drive, please inquire

****** When we are at full occupancy we provide one parking space for this apartment. This is important to note so all our guests have adequate parking.
***** If you would like to have a guest park in the lot, please contact us so we can ensure there will be enough space. There are six apartments in the building.

We may ask for your car plate number . This is to ensure people parking in our lot actually are staying with us.

This first floor apartment is a one bedroom, kitchen and bath. One step down to get to the bathroom.
It does not have a living room. The TV is in the bedroom. If you need a living room to hang out in, this apartment would not be for you. Please look at apartment 4 (Island view) and apartment 5 (Ocean view) as they both have a living room with TV.
Apartment 4 is smaller than apartment 5.

We provide internet access with a Roku streaming device for TV. If you have a subscription to NetFlix, Amazon Prime, CBS ect you can sign in with your username and password. Roku also offers other viewing options such as Pluto TV and YouTube.

This apartment does not have a view to ocean. Parking is in the rear of the building. The town beach is about 1/4 mile.

Plenty of options to eat out but also enjoy a home cooked meal in your private kitchen.

Apartments are bright and clean. Recently remodeled.
Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Outdoor sitting areas.

Gas grill outside your door available for your use. It is shared with apartment 3.
