With modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals. The spacious countertops allow for meal prep while enjoying the view, and the nearby dining area features seating for four, plus two additional bar stools at the counter for casual dining. A dedicated coffee bar with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig will help kickstart your mornings.

Sleeping Arrangements – 3 Bedrooms:
Rest easy in one of the three tastefully designed bedrooms. Each offers a restful atmosphere and cozy furnishings, lending you the comfort you deserve after a day of exploration.
- Bedroom 1: King-size bed, smart TV, dresser with spacious drawers, nightstands, and access to the lower deck.
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can convert into a king-size bed, smart TV, dresser, nightstand, and access to the lower deck.
- Bedroom 3: A double bed boasting mountain views, equipped with a closet and a half bath for added convenience.

Bathrooms:
Enjoy a worry-free stay with bathrooms located on each floor, stocked with premium towels and essential toiletries. The two full baths feature showers, while a convenient half bath near the third bedroom ensures privacy and ease.

Outdoor Areas:
Embrace the beauty of your mountain surroundings on the two-level outdoor decks. The upper level features a seating area and a gas grill, allowing for delightful outdoor gatherings while soaking in the expansive mountain vistas.

We encourage you to take advantage of the local attractions, including skiing, snowboarding, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, rafting, and more. The quaint town of Beech Mountain offers a charming retreat while being close to Banner Elk for additional dining and shopping.

Access is easy-breezy - NO KEYS TO LOSE! You will have your own unique access code good for the duration of your stay. No worries about going to extra places to get keys or having to make beds on your own. Simply show up for your vacation, instant access, beds made - time to RELAX!

The home is situated in the small vacation town of Beech Mountain, NC. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. The serene setting and mesmerizing natural surroundings provide plenty of attractions and places of interest for you to visit.

Both Beech Mountain & Banner Elk offer skiing/snowboarding, snow tubing, eco-tourism, zip-lining, mountain biking, off-road ATVs, rafting, fly fishing, hiking, golf, fine dining, and shopping all at your fingertips

Getting Around:
Although the Town of Beech Mountain does a great job clearing snow off of the main roads quickly in the winter months it is highly recommended to have 4WD or AWD to access Beech Mountain. During winter months we highly recommend bringing snow chains to assist.

• A Rental Agreement is required to be signed per North Carolina Chapter 42A Vacation Rental Act.
