• No Parties Allowed. A party outside of family gathering, you will be asked to leave, forfeiting reservation, no refund and charged added $275 fee.
• Kayak/Canoes under deck are available for use only after host prior approval.
• Garage Access is not permitted and not included in your stay. No parking on the right side of the garage (additional septic system access point)
