Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check out by 11:00 AM. Please lock all doors upon exiting. Please ensure all trash is bagged and place bags, as well as any recylceables, into the bins by the gate as you exit.
Green can is garbage, blue is recycling (on Mondays the bins will be by the street due to garbage day) and wash any used dishes. Place all used towels in bathtub.
Please do a final check to ensure no personal belongings are forgotten. If you do happen to forget something, please let us know & we will assist in getting it back to you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay here! Loved the neighborhood, tons of cool places to hang out and eat. The house was super cute and provided us all we needed for a long weekend stay in Atlanta.

I had a hiccup with my plans and Mercedes was very understanding and accommodating. The location is fantastic! Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance and very close to the Beltline.
