Three beautiful villas in a gated estate in best location on Syros

Along the valley or along the cliffs/sea front from the bustling village of Kini with exquisite award winning Cycladic restaurants is the exclusive area of Delfini Bay where there are mainly large high quality houses with large gardens.

On the beach side of the road with a private path shard by the three houses on the dirt track at the bottom of our garden, through the olive grove, lead directly to the beach (100 meters away) - and what a beach! People come here, to this bay just to watch the sun go down and drain the last drops of well being from the day before the star lit night takes its turn.

The estate has three houses each joined to the next but private and all with their own large balconies and gardens and shared parking area inside the gates.

THIS IS THE HOME to GODS LITTLE POPLE CAT SANCTUARY as shown in the Netflix film of the same name - in the lower gardens.

2x3 bedroom and 1x 2 bedroom villas, each with two bathrooms modern kitchens with all cooking needs and front rooms dining areas inside and out - all private from each other.

The houses are maintained by a local greek couple (Katerina looks after the houses and Get looks after the gardens) - you will receive the fresh produce from the garden plus wine and basic needs there for you on your arrival.

The estate is on an unmade up road (for slow driving only) and the hills of Syros are at the back - where the sun rises to greet the day.

It is, simply wonderful here and the island of Syros and the town of Hermopoulis are largely undiscovered jewels.
