Visit MYSTIC & R.I. BEACHES. LOVELY HOME, short drive to Misquamicut & Foxwoods!

Relax and enjoy the Connecticut shore and Rhode Island beaches. A ten minute drive will bring you to beautiful downtown Mystic. Enjoy the Historic Seaport, and the Mystic River Waterfront at the Bascule Bridge, visit the Aquarium and be sure to stop at the unique shops at Olde Mistick Village.

Just a short (15 minute) drive will bring you to some beautiful Rhode Island Beaches. Soak up the sun as you walk or swim at Misquamicut State Beach, or visit Watch Hill with its Lighthouse and carousel. A drive down the Coast will bring you to East Matunuck, Scarborough or Narragansett State Beaches . Enjoy a day trip to block island with a ferry ride from Point Judith.

Our home is located on a private Cul de Sac. There are two spacious bedrooms (on the second floor) a large kitchen (fully stocked) with breakfast counter (suitable as workspace), a spacious living room and a gathering room for children, with television and games. There is a half bath downstairs and a full bath with tub and shower upstairs.

This home is just minutes from historic downtown Westerly, where you will find many fine restaurants and shopping. Don’t forget nearby Foxwoods Casino, Great Wolf Lodge or Tanger Outlets for some evening or rainy day fun!
If you enjoy Golf, we have the Elmridge Golf Course in Pawcatuck or Pequot Golf Club in Stonington. We are located 30 minutes from Providence, less than one hour from Newport!

Please put trash to the curb on Sunday evening. It must be in a yellow Stonington trash bag prior to being placed in green trash can.
Please cover outdoor grill and leave umbrellas as you found them. Do Not lock deadbolt on living rm door when checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
When gathering outdoors please keep noise to a minimum in consideration of neighbors.

My husband and I stayed here for our 7 day vacation on the CT/RI coast. The house was the perfect place for us to explore the area. Joanne has provided a lovely house with attention to detail in decorating and instructions for the stay. The area is very quiet, I walked every morning and rarely saw more than a couple of cars on the road. Joanne was very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend this VRBO.

Nice house in Pawcatuck. Just 15 minutes to Mystic. We grilled and our 6 year old had a lot of fun running around in the yard. We loved it!

Great cottage

We loved our week long stay. The cottage is incredibly clean and well-kept with all the comforts of home. The living areas are comfortable and the deck is wonderful, overlooking a forested area. The host was very responsive to questions. This was one of our best stays ever. Thank you!

Great Beach Getaway

This house is super cute and comfortable. Nicer than the pictures. Located in a quiet but friendly neighborhood, and just a stones throw from some beautiful Rhode Island beaches. Close to grocery stores, retail shopping, and many great restaurants! Communication with homeowners has been seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better summer getaway!

This house really was just minutes from several beautiful beaches. We were also not far from lots of great places to eat, in both CT and RI. Our only complaint was the lack of A/C outside of the master bedroom. It made it a little tough during the hottest days:)

Great find

Clean, safe and close to attractions what more could you want. This was a charming place and only a few minutes away from beaches and shopping. Well stocked place that provided soap, toliet paper, paper towels etc... which was great as you don't need to rush to store first thing to get this type of stuff. Nice yard for kids to run around a bit. Communication with owner was very quick and helpful answering our questions. Overall this is a great place and I highly recommend it !

Charming Home In Quiet Residental Area

This is a lovely home in a very convenient location. It was very hot while we were visiting, so the AC was wonderful. They have a portable unit downstairs that is effective at cooling the first floor and AC units in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. The house was very clean and well stocked with plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen is generously sized and updated with plenty of pots & pans a as well as dishes/glasses. There is a long counter across from the oven/stovetop/microwave that we used as a workstation during the day for our two computers which was very handy. It’s on a quiet dead end residential street…but very close to shopping and restaurants. When my young grandchildren stopped by for a few hours- they really enjoyed the toys and puzzles in the family room. The owner was quick to respond to our emails. Would highly recommend this property.

beautiful house 15 min drive from the beach - great!

The house is newly renovated, modern, spatious. Great kitchen, spatious patio. The neighborhood is residential, very quiet and save - so also great for children. The street is a dead-end-street. The house is airconditioned, we however only used the window fans (nore eco-friendly) - they were more than sufficient in August. Beautiful Watch Hill and Misquamicut Beaches are a 15 minutes drive away. Close to I 95, so great for commuting. Also close to Mystic Seaport and to the Pequot Museum. A must!

Sweet home in the perfect location

What a wonderful home for a family getaway. There was great communication from start to end, the house was clean and extremely inviting, and it was close to Mystic other surrounding attractions. We HIGHLY recommend and will be looking to stay here again in the future!!
