4000 SF luxury home. 4 bedrooms, 1 den, 1 big family room. Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. One of the rooms is master suite with king bed, other 3 rooms with queen beds and 3 additional memory mattresses available. One of the bedrooms is on the main floor. 10-14 people accommodation. 2 balconies. The upper balcony is huge, wrapped around the south side of the house. Security systems with cameras on the property. Intercoms to reach every floor and every room in the house. Central music system to enjoy from anywhere in the house. Central heating and air conditioning. High end refrigerator, washer, dryer, dish washer. Induction cook top. Outside BBQ grill. Wi Fi available, Smart TV to access Netflix, etc. This is a flat roof house.

This is in a private place and driveway from Hwy 101. Beach access is just 5 minutes walk from the house.

One side of the house is facing Pacific ocean and the other side of the house is facing forest with very nice uphill greenery.

This is the vacation home for the owner. Owner is living in Portland area for 20+ years.

Why they chose this property

This house was not buit keeping renting option in mind. It was built with a lot of care, love and everything is highly crafted custom made. All appliances are very high end. Unprecedented view of Pacific ocean and the natural surrounding scenarios. Very private and tranquil place.

Owner is encouraging the guests who is willing to have a wonderful enjoyable vacation at the pacific coast and at the same time will enjoy a luxurious lodging.

Owner is confident, this would be one of the most memorable coastal vacations for the guest.

What makes this property unique

For me, professional life at the city is very hectic and somewhat stressful. Every time, I stay in this place, I feel relaxed. I take a morning and afternoon walk at the beach with my family or sometime on my own. Watching the relentless ocean waves from the comfort of my couch with a hot cup of cofee in the morning, is very relaxing for me. Feels like, my blood pressure comes down by few 10s and I get rejuvenated.
