Fully renovated historic 4 bedroom house in Burns Park. 10 minute walk to the University of Michigan campus and less than 10 minute walk to the Big House!! Brand new furnishings throughout the house with all new kitchen and bathrooms. The main floor has a large living room, new kitchen and dining room. The second floor has three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 double beds) and 1.5 new bathrooms. The third floor has two twins beds. The basement has a television with a huge U-shaped couch and a full bathroom. The side yard is a large flagstone patio with a large 9 foot picnic table for pre-game partying! This home is perfect for a family graduation or football weekend!

This property is outstanding! It recently went through a renovation and it is wonderful. The home is so pretty and well outfitted for guests. I rented this property for graduation weekend for UM and I could not be more pleased with my experience. The owner thought of everything. The property is a 10 min walk to the Big House & Crisler Center which is where we needed to go for graduation ceremonies. The property not only has good common space inside, but it also has a spacious yard with a picnic table. Street parking was easy as well. The host was extremely responsive leading up to the rental too.
