This is our 2nd time staying here and it was amazing again! House was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a weeks stay! The pool was refreshing after beach days which is only a 5 min walk from the front door! The host was very responsive to all questions and made sure our stay was excellent. We will definitely be back in the future

A lovely home and getaway for us! We stayed for a few days, and the home was clean and well kept. Could walk to the beach and multiple restaurants. Grace was also extremely lovely to work with! We had a wonderful trip!

I have rented several houses on different beaches and this is the best one by far!! Amenities are endless....pack some clothes and a bathing suit and everything else is there! Grace is great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely rent this one again ;)

The house was perfect! We had 6 adults and 4 girls ages 5 months, 21 months, 4 and 7. It was well stocked with everything we could possibly need including baby items. We loved the pool and the easy walk to the beach. The adults loved the table shuffle board. We would love to come back and stay again. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Beautiful , clean , and beach themed decorated home with nice pool and hot tub a block from the beach. Plenty of pool and beach toys plus wagon to port items to and from the beach.Stroller, highchair, pack n-play, games and toys which came handy with our grandchildren aged 1 and 3. Full kitchen and propane grill on the pool patio were nice when preparing meals when we didn’t want to eat out. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was amazing. A quick walk around the corner to one of the best locations on the beach for kids very private. Perfect house if you have young kids, it was equipped with everything we needed and the wagon for all the beach things was a huge plus. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed can’t wait to return.

Our group of 7 adults and 2 children had a great time staying at this house. The beach was a short, easy walk (even for our 4 year old). The house was equipped with everything we needed for the beach- chairs, an umbrella, beach cart, and a bunch of miscellaneous beach toys. The kids (and adults) loved the pool and backyard with a hammock and corn hole. Grace was quick to respond questions and you could tell she was invested in making sure our stay was enjoyable. We were unable to find the cooler that is usually at the house and Grace had a new one sent to us in under an hour. We’re looking forward to another stay in IRB!

We had a wonderful stay, Grace is an excellent host, quick to respond to any of our questions. Check-in was a breeze, house was well stocked and the pool was awesome. Throw in the short walk to the beach and this place meet all of our expectations. would definitely book again.
