It includes 3 bedrooms --- a large, oversized master w/ King bed, en suite full bath, closet, workstation & smart tv. The 2 very spacious secondary guest bedrooms both enjoy Queen beds + smart tv; one with an en suite bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans + AC/Heat.

The home also offers a large kitchen, formal living room, spacious dining room & HUGE den / family room. Super cozy secondary living space, perfect for relaxing with the entire family! Large panoramic windows w/ expansive open sky views, oversized 14’ sectional couch & ottoman, 70” Sony smart TV, foosball table, CDs/DVDs/Books/Games & Full size futon.

Close all blinds... helps keep property cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Much appreciated.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet Hours 9pm - 7am: Please respect our small Los Ranchos neighborhood. This is a very peaceful and quiet residential area w/ long time residents.
Please do not set AC below 72 degrees: Given our hot desert climate, temp settings below this level will cause the unit to freeze up.
Please close all blinds upon checkout... helps keep the property cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Much appreciated :)

Most wonderful state we’ve ever had with the VRBO, the host Claire is so nice, we come in a holiday time and open the door to see the big welcoming basket waiting for us. The house is a huge and super clean, very comfortable room, bedding, shower, kitchenand full of supplies whatever you needed. The communication was also great with the host, check-in process super easy. We had a wonderful holiday in this house, feels just like at our own. We can’t say thank you enough to Claire of her kindness thoughtfulness. We hope to be back next time in Albuquerque. Highly recommended this beautiful home.
