Perfect Location in Rehoboth

Although the decor of the unit may have been a little dated, the location more than made up for that. The only issue we had was that the cleaning crew could have been a little more attentive, the counters in the kitchen were not cleaned, but otherwise things were in good shape, the unit was comfortable and well appointed with a decent view from the living room and out to the ocean (the three bedroom balconies largely had a view of the wall of the adjacent hotel...). Time from leaving the unit to the beach was about 4-6 minutes (faster if the elevator was close). The walk to the center of Rehoboth (the band stand) was a short 7 minute stroll (faster if you are a fast walker). The unit is also about a mile from Henlopen State Park which is great for walking, biking and gets you to the Fort Miles Museum easily) Located at the North end of the boardwalk, the beach tended to be a little less crowded and quiet. Great food and activities are a just a short walk down the boardwalk (don't miss the roof top miniature golf course - no bells and whistles, just a fun, clean, well maintained course with some challenges thrown in - cash only operation though!). We will be back!

Great location; helpful real estate agents.

Unit 615, The Henlopen Condominiums, was a great stay for 4 adults, ages 59 - 88. The Unit has some minor cosmetic flaws (chipped paint, etc.) but is well appointed, including the kitchen. Note if bringing 2 cars, one car has garage parking and the other is given a hangtag for neighborhood parking which may be challenging in prime time. Also watch the double booking fee - one charged by VRBO and one charged by the listing agent.
