Would you enjoy starting your day with and morning walk, run or bike ride on the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk. Do you want to spend your days on the warm sands of Rehoboth? This pet friendly 2 level condo has great ocean views from both levels.
The first floor features large living room, dining room, kitchen and full bath. Relax on the front balcony with your coffee and watch the sunrise overlooking the Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk.

The second floor has king master bedroom with spectacular ocean views and full bathroom. There are 3 additional bedrooms on the second level, 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 bedroom with 2-twin beds, convertible to king with advance notice

Excellent location. You are on the beach. Property is spacious and family friendly. There is plenty of cabinet and closet room. There is a washer and a dryer. Check in was simple. The property manager met us at the property. There is an elevator. I would recommend the property.

Very convenient location

Property is in a fabulous location. We really enjoyed our stay and the property manager was very helpful during checkin! However the building that the condo is in is difficult to use the key to get into the building. The lock needs to be replaced. In addition there was only 1 on site parking space for a 4 bedroom condo which made it difficult for most of the family to park. Lastly the railings on the balconies of the condo were a hazard and wobbled back and forth which we found very unsafe!

Beautiful Beachfront Property!

We couldn’t be happier with our stay! You can’t beat the views or location, you’re in walking distance of everything you’ll need and you’ll fall asleep every night to the sound of the waves. We had plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and 1 infant, the bedrooms were spacious and the entire unit is updated. We’d come back to this property in a heartbeat!

Fabulous oceanfront getaway!

My family was looking for a great Thanksgiving getaway and we found it! Location was perfect and TONS of space to spread out! Waking up to the sunrise on the beach was amazing. Would highly recommend. Host was amazing and wonderful.

Awesome location

Can't beat the location of this property and the convenience factor if you have small children. Great location at the north end of the boardwalk with all of Rehoboth and the ocean at your doorstep. Master bedroom is fantastic and the family room is very comfortable.

WOW!

Perfection, that is all I can say. Everything was great (location, view, management, furnishings,). You will not regret staying here. Besides being ocean front there is a park 1/2 a block away from the building.

Another Wonderful Stay

Our family meets from across the country in Rehoboth each summer. This past week was lovely in every way. The condo is in a perfect location so that you can see and hear the ocean as you fall asleep or eat breakfast. We were luck to have perfect weather and enjoyed relaxing together in this beautiful condo. David, the manager is helpful in any and all ways.

David is a great host and quick to respond. Check-in was a breeze. House is recently renovated and in excellent condition - pictures don't lie. The oceanfront views are UNBELIEVABLE!! Location is amazing and an easy walk to town. Whole family loved it over the holidays. We were sorry to leave but will be back again.

Relaxing Week at the Beach

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The views are amazing and the condo feels spacious. There was room for us to be together as well as apart throughout the week. David Clarke, who manages the property was amazing. He was responsive, helpful and went out of his way to assist us. We are booked again for next summer!
