This property features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with microwave and dishwasher, washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Five color TVs (cable), two DVD players, telephone, and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king, two queen and two double-sized beds, plus one queen sofa bed. The three full-baths are located upstairs and are private, the half-bath downstairs is accessible through one of the outdoor showers. A private dock with inlet access, 16-by-32-foot swimming pool, lighted gazebo, hammock, two outdoor showers, and gas grill complete the outdoor living space. No internal stairway. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 12

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Café, and Original Sam's Corner.
