Great location. Close to Sofi. Was not a lot of kitchen appliances and stuff to cook with. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The property is safe (gated) with lots of space for our 8 guests. The interior of the house is modern with rain shower heads and comfy beds. The only thing different with the listing is it’s 3.5 baths, not 4. Host was excellent and would definitely stay here again!

The Wi-Fi was in and out most days. The Internet did not work at all. It would be connected, but you would have absolutely no Internet connection. The floor was very, very dirty. My feet were black as soon as I would get out the shower. as well as the water filter in the refrigerator was bad and needed to be replaced so we did have to buy water the entire trip as well as the washing machine does have mold that was a big issue.

See below.

We had a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful property. Response was great, good communication. Our issues was the steps...2 flights of stairs for each level, totally blindsided. Also, the 4th room in my opinion is not a bedroom, but fits a small futon with a bathroom. I actually had to rent a hotel because I needed a 4th bedroom for my elderly parents.

Check in unit lock requires some manuvering of the door. Driveway keypad was not visible at night. When we arrived the gate was open, but when we left and came back at night it took us awhile to locate it. Otherwise, the unit was a nice three story townhouse.

This is 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms over 3 floors. The bathroom’s shower on the ground floor did not drain. The towel situation was less than ideal. There were 5 bath towels for 5 guests 3 hand towels for 5 guests and enough washcloths for all 5 guests. But no kitchen towels at all.Parking on the street is scarce but there is a garage for 1 car and 1 car can park in front of garage. There was a remote to operate driveway gate but not the garage door so someone has to run inside and open it.The beds were very comfortable and the AC system kept the unit at a great temperature. The kitchen is stocked with minimal glasses/coffee cups. These items are easily fixable. If a unit is advertised for 8 people it should be stocked with sufficient towels, cups, glasses for at least 8 people.

We loved that we were pretty much 10-15 miles away in every direction to the places we went to. Ex. Hollywood walk of Fame, Santa Monica Pier, Fashion district, China Town, Long Beach, and Hermosa Beach. The only thing that wished would have been available were a little more towels. We had 4 towels and no broom, no picker upper, no trash replacement being that the kitchen trash can was a very small. Other than that everything was perfect. We 100% plan to stay again.
