Bedroom: Features a queen bed, TV, and an electric fireplace, with all furniture and the mattress brand new.
Bathroom: Shower/tub combo with brand new heated bidet toilet seat installed.
Living Area: Includes a comfortable sleeper sofa, electric logs (being installed before 2025/2026 ski season), and TV
Kitchen: Fully equipped with brand new appliances, cabinets, and countertops.
General Amenities: A full-size washer/dryer (brand new) for your convenience, WiFi, and fresh towels and linens. There is also a bladeless tower fan available if needed. Keurig Kcup, French Press coffee maker and electric kettle.

Everything was good, but the space is not suitable for four people. It would be much more comfortable for fewer guests.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain! We are sorry that your space wasn't big enough for your needs. This unit is advertised as a one-bedroom/one-bathroom unit with a sleeper sofa. It does sleep four people, but is probably more suitable for 2-3 people. If you have 4 adults, you would probably need a two-bedroom/two-bathroom unit. This would make your stay more comfortable. Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Not real happy with unit. I aaked for a unit with minimul step - this has 19 steps to get in or out. Living room has no chair, TV channels are worthless, fireplace doesn't work and WiFi continutes to drop off. Don't like the drive up Briacliff Rd.

We are sorry you are not satisfied with your choice, but you booked late in the season, and this unit was all we had available in the area you wanted. We have worked to help you with the WiFi and the tv. The TV is a Smart TV that you have to stream the programming that you want. We cannot change the steps or the drive; however, we can help with the fireplace. There is a couch in the living room, just no extra chair. We will do all we can to help you enjoy the rest of your stay. This is a very nice unit, but we are sorry it just doesn't suit you.
