With a full kitchen and bathroom, this tiny home feels much larger than it's 325 sq. ft. If you've seen the tiny house shows on TV and have wondered what it's like to live in one, here's your chance! Just 15 minutes from Magnolia and Baylor!
The Space: The Montana Escape Tiny House
This beautiful 325 square foot tiny home features handmade Shou Sugi Ban cedar siding and solid pine tongue and groove interior paneling. Built on a custom-made trailer, it boasts oak flooring, solid maple countertops, custom kitchen cabinets and handwoven Roman shades. The bathroom sports a full-size tile shower stall and a waterless toilet.
The insulated vinyl windows are all casement-style allowing for full ventilation even with their small size. The concealed fastener metal roof completes the outside of this spectacular tiny home and will last for decades.
A propane tankless hot water heater, minisplit air conditioner with heat pump, catalytic propane heater and washing machine hookups complete the utilities on this functional home. Kitchen appliances include a propane range/oven and an efficient electric refrigerator/freezer.
Spray foam insulation, LED lights throughout and insulated, low-E glass windows contribute to making the house incredibly energy efficient.

I wanted my family to experience a fun cozy place to stay. Something different I thought, and they loved it. I will definitely stay on property again and maybe try one of the other houses just for kicks.
We also love the Waffle House on property, really great and pleasant place to eat. Just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay.
Communication all via text and email. The way I like it. All codes and processes worked exactly as described. The tiny home was spotless, warm and had lots of cute extras.

We’re given specific instructions for arriving after dark and the lights to look for were not working, made it hard to find. The door was covered in mildew. Inside, there were a lot of dead ants especially in the bathroom some in the sheets with I pulled back bedding. There was long hair in the bathroom sliding door fixtures, the floor had a lot of debris, especially in corners and under the bench stools. We were not able to connect to the WiFi during the visit either. Not the best stay, actually looked for hotels to stay 2nd night but due to concert weekend they were all overpriced.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Being our first time in a tiny house took some getting used to but we walked away quite attached. The location is easy to get to and is very relaxing.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was more than I expected. I will return
We enjoyed a nice visit to the Waco area and this tiny home easily accommodated our family for 2 nights. The location is very near to Homestead Heritage. Communication with owner/manager was excellent.
This place was seriously awesome. The location is about 10-15 min from downtown Waco but still enough in the "country" that you feel secluded. It was well-maintained and very cleaned. All the appliances were in good working condition, especially the AC, which was a relief. I've never stayed anywhere where the property managers had such great communication. Kenneth and Amanda were so awesome! Would definitely love to stay at one of their properties in the future!
This place was so nice. The grounds were clean the tiny house was clean. The owners are so amazing! Had a sick kid and I had to cut the trip short because of it and they were so understanding. I look forward to staying here again. I loved how there was no tv! It was so nice to have some music on, drink some wine and just relax! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay! Can’t wait to come back!!!
Everything I needed in a clean, classy place. It was so quiet during the day and at night also. The home he every single thing I could have needed, yet was simple and I slept wonderfully in the loft. Thank You to the most wonderful hosts!
We loved our tiny house! Everything looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and worked great for one night with our kids to see the Silos at Magnolia. Distance was fine. Would recommend to others for sure!

The property was beautiful. The tiny home was very clean and the communication between us and the property manager was great. They kept in touch the whole time and made sure we were having the best experience possible. The tiny home also has a great working AC and WIFI.
2 days I'm a wonderful little tiny house and it was amazing the water was hot the A/C was cold and the bed was comfy. The large kitchen was fantastic and we really enjoyed ourselves just relaxing, but there was what we needed and more every where we looked! Will definitely come back
We really enjoyed our stay at the Montana Escape. We love tiny homes and this one did not disappoint. It was clean and very cozy, and the surrounding area was very pretty Texas countryside. We'll be back!
We loved our stay! Everything was just as it was shown in the listing! Communication was over the top good! And we loved having breakfast at Cafe Homestead! Thank you so much:)
