Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking of any kind (including e-cigarettes/vaping) is prohibited inside the home/on property. A $2000 fee will be charged if this rule is violated
Late checkout after 10:30 a.m. incurs a $50 fee. After 11 a.m., you’ll be charged the nightly rate plus $50. This does not reserve the night.
Guests must have health/travel insurance and car insurance if driving. Host is not liable for vehicle damage or injuries during your stay.

Lots of space, nice decor, beautiful furnishings. Lots of stairs, but wasn't an issue for our group. Kitchen was well stocked. Big bedrooms all with their own baths. Very nice rooftop as well. Neighborhood is being revitalized. We really didn't walk around but we felt perfectly safe taking Ubers to/from Broadway late at night. Short 8-10 min ride.
