Great place to stay at for our group. It was nice each bedroom had their own bathroom. We loved the rooftop patio. We loved the location, nice area, walking distance to a coffee shop and bagel shop. Great having a garage to park your car. Beds very comfortable.

Place was as great as advertised. Perfect weather Saturday and Sunday for the roof deck. Could use kitchen dish towels or more than 2 rolls of paper towels. Otherwise, exactly what we hoped for.

Wonderful location in Nashville

We had a fantastic day at the townhome. Very easy to locate and we were able to park in the garage attached to the unit. bedrooms on every level, which was convenient to spread out a little bit. The master bedroom with two beds is on the third floor along with another bedroom. The rooftop deck is in pristine condition. It has a television. The kitchen is very well stocked and has all of the appliances that you would expect. The apartment was spotless and very well organized and decorated. I would definitely stay again at this property.

This is a beautiful property in an active and pretty area of town. Space is quiet and peaceful even though there was traffic and activity outside. Host was very responsive and addressed questions quickly and thoroughly. I would look for this host again. We could not get Keurig to work properly but could have been user error. No problem bc there was a coffee shop about 50 steps away.

This is a great house. Beautifully, professionally decorated and fully stocked with everything you need. Walking distance (around 10min) to the heart of 12th south. It is across from the Belmont student center. On the same block as proper bagel, coffee shops and chick fil a. Great location with parks and green space for walking dogs. The management company was very responsive with any questions that came up. I would love to know the neutral paint color and the beautiful shade of green in the bedrooms. We were shocked that a rental would furnish the house with such quality furniture. I give this a 5 star and highly recommend.
