Bachelorette Party

Overall this was a GREAT stay with very responsive management. The property was very clean and has great amenities that was perfect for our bachelorette weekend! It is located close to the beach and in a very safe area with the sweetest neighbor! Would definitely recommend!

Nice property

We enjoyed the property. Kitchen was well stocked. Only issue was upstairs was sometimes hot and not a good nights sleep for those sleeping upstairs. Other nights it was ok. So we aren’t sure what that was about.

We stayed at Sun Of A Beach for a few days. Overall it was a good place to stay. We drove early in morning to get a good parking spot at James Lee Beach. The only thing that host needs to change is the bathroom listing information. We had a large party and we thought there was 3 showers, but there are only 2 showers. There was one shower downstairs and one upstairs. Other than this it was great! A 2 minute walk to the pool and playground area for kids.

Accommodations were excellent. Communication was great. My only concern was there was a community cat named Bob. The owner didn't disclose anything about a cat when booking the house. I was advised at checkin when seeing the garage ajar and two bowls within the garage. I was told Bob belonged to the neighborhood and the owner feeds him. I am allergic to cats. Bob and another cat hung out in the driveway daily. I would recommend that the owner discloses about neighborhood cat on the site. This gives individuals total transparency before booking.
