The place was clean, had paper towels and TP, beds were comfortable. The price is a great value, we rented for the price. The neighborhood is a working class location in transition. But the folks we met next door were very nice. Initially I was a little worried, but it turned out fine for our team of 4 men there for a trip. Only 3 glasses, the last guests may have broken some. All in all it met our needs.
