Every corner of our home has been updated with comfort and quality in mind, from brand new mattresses in every room—including a King-size Sleep Number bed in the master suite—to a pristine, chef-ready kitchen with sleek quartz countertops, an induction stovetop, new GE appliances, and all the cookware and gadgets you might need. Both bathrooms are completely renovated, with the master featuring an en suite layout and the guest bath easily accessible from the other two bedrooms, each with plush queen beds and cozy, high-end linens.

After a day of hiking Sedona’s world-famous red rock trails, sightseeing, or exploring the nearby wineries and shops, come home and relax in your private oasis. Step into the backyard and be greeted by sweeping red rock views, the soothing bubbles of a private hot tub, and a patio built for comfort and connection. Kick back in Adirondack chairs by the fire pit, fire up the BBQ for a sunset dinner, or ascend to our custom stargazing platform—equipped with a digital telescope—to explore the famous dark skies Sedona is known for. For a little friendly competition, enjoy our custom bocce court or challenge your friends and family to a round on the life-sized outdoor checkerboard.

Inside, the living room invites you to unwind with a comfy sectional sofa, a large screen TV for streaming your favorite shows, and fast Wi-Fi speeds (300–500 Mbps) that make remote work or Zoom calls a breeze. We’ve also included a designated workspace with a desk and printer for your convenience—just in case duty calls while you’re enjoying your stay. The laundry room features brand new GE appliances, making longer stays a breeze. We’ve designed this home to be not only relaxing, but easy—so everything you need is right at your fingertips.

Our quiet West Sedona neighborhood offers peace and privacy while still placing you minutes away from restaurants, trailheads, grocery stores, art galleries, and spas. And when you're ready to explore more of Arizona, you're just 2 hours from the Grand Canyon or Phoenix/Scottsdale, 4.5 hours from Las Vegas, and 3 hours from Lake Powell. Prefer to keep it local? Spend the afternoon in nearby Cottonwood or Jerome, home to charming vineyards, ghost towns, and quirky shops.

Guests have full access to the property, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for owner storage. Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles.
